This service is offered as our way of giving back to families who live in our neighborhood. It has been used as a medium for us to familiarize ourselves with our neighbors by lending a helping hand. Car washes and Lawn care services are offered at the homes of our neighbors FREE of charge! In 2007 and 2008 Jesus House, DC offered these services to 400 homes in our neighborhood.

Arise House Project

Arise House is one of RCDC’s Faith-based initiatives, the focus of Arise House is to provide a group home to help pregnant at risk young girls between the ages of 13 to 18 years of age out of what brought them to the streets and reconnect them to a home by providing a safe haven from the dangers of the streets and the violent and traumatic experiences at home and on the streets.
